Toughing it out

So it's been pretty tough staying true to my schedule.. This past week:

Sat: 1 mile + 13lbs pack
Upper body workout

Sun: 3 miles + 13lbs pack
Upper body workout

Mon: 1 mile + 15lbs pack
Upper body workout

Tues: 1 mile + 15lbs pack
15mins bike

Wed: Rest

Thu: Rest
